How to Fix Samsung Galaxy Blurry Camera

Clear the Camera App Cache.

Sometimes, the app itself starts misbehaving and can cause blurry or slow focus.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap Apps, then choose Camera.
3. Tap Storage, then Clear cache.

This won’t delete any of your photos or videos. It simply removes temporary files that may be interfering with the app’s performance.

Try Safe Mode to Test for App Conflicts.

Some third-party apps—like photo editors or camera filters—can affect the way your camera behaves.

1. Hold the Power key until the power menu appears.
2. Tap and hold Power off until Safe Mode appears.
3. Tap Safe Mode and wait for the phone to restart.

Once in Safe Mode, open the camera and test it. If your pictures are sharp again, then a third-party app is likely the cause. Restart normally and try uninstalling recent apps one by one.

Reset Camera Settings.

Custom settings may unintentionally cause blur or poor performance.

Since 2025 updates often include camera optimization, staying up to date is important for better clarity and focus.

Use Pro Mode for Better Focus Control.

If auto mode keeps failing, try using Pro Mode.

1. Open the Camera app.
2. Swipe to More, then select Pro.
3. Adjust the focus, ISO, and shutter speed based on your environment.

It takes a bit of practice, but you’ll get sharper images—especially in challenging lighting conditions.
