Honor Unveils MagicPad 13 and Magic Watch 4

Honor, renowned for its innovative tech products, has introduced its first MagicOS 7.2-powered tablet, the MagicPad 13, at a recent event in China. New to the market but equipped with impressive features, the MagicPad comes with Honor Docs, providing a suite of convenient work tools such as a word processor and note-taking apps.

The display is one of the key highlights of the MagicPad 13. Boasting a sizeable, 13-inch IMAX-enhanced IPS LCD with a resolution of 2880×1840 pixels, it supports variable refresh rates from 30Hz to a whopping 144Hz. HDR10-ready capabilities are paired with an astonishingly color-accurate panel having an admirable achievement for an LCD.

Integrated Sound Experience

Honor hasn’t overlooked audio quality, either. The MagicPad 13 is embedded with eight speakers and four microphones, claiming to deliver the industry’s first bare-ear 3D spatial audio experience that doesn’t need headphones.

Pioneering the Use of Magic Pencil 3

The company’s Magic Pencil 3 is also tailor-made for this new tablet. With a skin-friendly coating and matte texture, it offers precise control through its impressive level of pressure sensitivity. This enables users to highlight text, copy-paste across apps and choose colors from anywhere on the screen – significant benefits for those using design applications.

The power behind this tablet comes from the Snapdragon 888 chip along with three RAM options – 8GB, 12GB, and 16 GB. It even supports HDR video editing on the device, further enhancing its appeal for creative professionals.

Advanced Camera Specs & High Battery Power

The piece de resistance comprises camera specs – a rear-facing 13MP autofocus unit and an adequate front-facing 9MP fixed-focus selfie shooter. Users can enjoy extensive usage due to its long-lasting 10,050mAh battery capacity, complemented by speedy 66W charging support.

The New eSIM-Equipped Magic Watch

Moving onto the wearables segment, Honor added the eSim-enabled smartwatch, the Magic Watch 4, running on their proprietary Honor’s Magic OS with sleek design facets such as a premium aluminum case hosting a crisp, clear AMOLED display measuring 1.75 inches.

Features to entice fitness enthusiasts include support for multiple sports modes aside from insightful health tracking mechanisms which screen atrial fibrillation besides monitoring sleep apnea patterns and overall sleep quantity.

These products will be available for pre-order soon, with pricing details released accordingly. The Honor’s Magic Watch comes in black, gold, and blue variants priced at approximately €125 (CNY 999). Meanwhile, prices for the MagicPad start at approximately €376 (CNY 2,999) for their base model.
